Shipping & Return Policy

We only ship in the U.S due and its surrounding islands to the size of some of our items. We also recommend that you register as a customer due to the fact that you will get more current up to date details on your shipped product. We also ask that you allow a full 7 to 20 business days for your order to be delivered to your door step. 

Our Return Policy in short:

Contact Best Valued Items before returning any items.
You can return the product within 30 days of delivery.
The product must be in new condition.
To avoid any Customs charges please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS'.

Return Policy
Please contact Best Valued Items before returning any items.

It is appropriate that the consumer controls the delivery to verify that this is accurate and error free. At the complaint, the customer contacts Best Valued Items and gives information relevant and the reason for complaint.


Return Conditions
You can return the product within 30 days of delivery. The product must be in new condition. If the product is ruined or used the product shall not be refunded. Make sure to include contact information with the return and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number. Best Valued Items suggests you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed.

Best Valued Items will make a refund of eligible returns. If you paid by invoice, we would need a bank account number to transfer the money back to. The easiest way is to e-mail it to us along with a brief description of your case.


Returning A Package
If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any Customs charges. Best Valued Items is NOT responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

Transport Damage
If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us.


Unclaimed Packages

For packages that are not cashed at your post office within 20 days, Best Valued Items reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies' administrative costs.

Returned Check Conditions:

All checks returned to the Customer Care Department because of insufficient funds, the account was closed, or for any other reason may be subject to the following fees and interest charges:

  • Returned checks in the amount of $250.00 or less will be subject to a $30.00 collection fee and a $20.00 insufficient funds fee.

 

  • Returned checks greater than $250.00 will be subject to an interest charge of prime 2%, which is currently 10.25%. In addition, returned checks greater than $250.00 will be subject to a collection fee equal to 19% of the returned check amount.
  • We also will no longer accept check from you. You will only be allowed to pay for your purchases via PayPal or Money Order.

Shipping Conditions:

Best Valued Items shipping rate is designed to be as responsible as possible. We offer such a low rate of $8.99 to keep our prices at the best value as possible. Our shipping is charged by Zones which are the United States, Canada, Guam, Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico.

We charge a flat rate of $12 for items being shipped to Canada. This is due the fact that your shipping cost consists of shipping, and handling, duties, and GST. For Canada you're pre-paying all your duties and taxes so that Canada Post can ship your merchandise directly to your door.
